New York’s Barrow Street, a peaceful meandering stretch in the city’s West Village neighborhood shaded by slender trees and lined with ivy-draped red-brick townhouses, has a transporting quality. And so too does Barrow, the salon that celebrated stylist Michelle Snyder named with that very street in mind. The impeccably-trained stylists and colorists on staff use products by the cult favorite Oribe, and Wella Color lines. Owner Snyder, a San Francisco native herself, is particularly excited that Barrow, her very first solo salon venture, is in the city she now, once again, calls home.
