Do you have COVID-19 Safety Protocols?

  • UPDATE 3/4/23: Uploading proof of vaccination for clients is no longer required. All staff is vaccinated with updated boosters.

  • UPDATE 9/5/22: Masks are optional for clients and staff.

  • To streamline operations we no longer have a receptionist. Touchless check-out is available for all credit cards, Apple pay, and more.

  • If you are feeling sick or have had a possible COVID exposure please reschedule your appointment and seek medical attention.

How do I view, reschedule, or cancel my appointment(s)?

Please login to your Vagaro account at www.vagaro.com, click on your profile icon on the top right, then Appointments. You may also download the Vagaro mobile app.

 

I’m new, where do I start?

Nice to meet you! Welcome to your new hair care haven. You can start by reading our team bios, service descriptions, and following us on Instagram to get a taste of what Barrow offers. When you’re ready, you can book a service through our online booking portal. Haircut services include consultations in the beginning of the appointment, but if you’d like a color consultation, you’ll need to book directly through your colorist. You can find their contact information by clicking here or Contact Us on the top right of the page.

 
 

How do I schedule a bang trim/clean up/consultation or a service that isn’t on the booking portal?

If you know which stylist/colorist you’d like to book with, you should contact them directly to set up the service. You can find their contact information here.

If you aren’t sure which stylist to book with, you can email info@barrowsalon.com for assistance.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

As a courtesy to our guests, we kindly send out reminder emails or texts 72 hours prior to a booked appointment and ask that should a cancellation or date change be necessary we receive a minimum of 24 hours notice. A grace period of 15 minutes will be permitted for unforeseen delays you may encounter while traveling to the salon for your appointment. Arriving later than 15 minutes may result in being charged a late fee. All future cancellations with less than a 24-hour notice are subject to a 50-100% charge of the services booked. All no-shows are subject to a 100% charge of the services booked. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your service, please contact your stylist directly.

 

Is there parking near the salon?

We recommend taking a rideshare or public transportation, but if you plan on driving, please keep in mind that there is only one parking lot for a flat fee of $20 on 901 Illinois St. We cannot guarantee parking availability. All other parking is limited to metered or neighborhood street parking and can vary in accessibility. We highly advise alloting extra time if you plan to find parking.
